This year’s special speakers will be focusing on the progress of habitat work in the estuary for Great Lakes Piping Plover (presented by US Fish and Wildlife Biologist Reena Bowman) and the Common Tern (presented by Fred Strand, Species Expert). In addition, there will be open-room discussions with AOC Coordinators where attendees can ask questions pertaining to projects and progress.
This event is hosted by the St. Louis River Alliance in partnership with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa.
